Pricing and Options

Options:

Original fixed Advertising Panels: $200
- Ads are printed on adhesive material and applied to the panels. Panels are
riveted to the frame tabs. The ads are easily removed when the time comes

but once removed they can not be reused.

Interchangeable Ad Panels: $350
- Ads are printed on a media that is mounted between 2 pieces of clear
plastic. This assembly is then slid into a track system on the frame. This
allows you to remove and re-use the ads. It also protects to ads because
they sit behind the clear panel. This option is great if you rotate ads on a

regular basis or need to run a special ad for one weekend and then revert

bact to the ad that was on there before.

Chrome Finish: $400
- More durable then the Powdercoat finish but can't be touched up if it is
scratched. *Note, some powdercoat finishes are difficult to touch up with

paint because of their color.

Bimini Top w/ matching boot: starting at $400
- Many options available. These are the only thing we sell that isn't made

in house. These are built by one of the top Marine shops in AZ. All tops are

made with top of the line Sunbrella material. Your choice of colors, including the
piping or edging color. Tops come with standard bolt on mounts. You can
add quick release mounts for an extra $150. You can also add rear support
bracing for $75. These braces allow you to fold the top back and cover it
with the included boot while it is still on the cab. Without the braces the
top only mounts on the cab when fully opened. These tops are expensive but
trust me they are Beautiful! You can order and install these at any time.
However we recommend you purchase them at the same time so that we
can install the mounts on the frame correctly. No welding required but drilling

and installing thread-serts is required. These are available on the Production model.

Surrey Top: $350
- These are the traditional style flat top canopies. They are the same size as
the main pedicab frame. Corners are rounded. The frame is Powdercoated

to match the cab frame. The material color is your choice. The whole top

is bolted to custom mounts that are welded to the pedicab frame. Not real

easy to store it when removed. Doesn't fold up. Also must be ordered at the

same time as the cab due to the mounts.

Seat belt: $60
- Single belt that crosses entire seat. Automotive style buckle.

Custom Powdercoat: starting at $100
- This includes two-tone & base coat/ top coat finishes. Base coat/ top coat
finishes include doing a metal flake silver with a clear red top coat or a
chrome powder base with a colored top and a textured base with a clear
glossy or matte top coat. Double coat finishes are also much more durable
than just a single color Powdercoat finish.

Custom seat material: starting at $50
- We can do anything from Leather to Alligator. All of our materials are

marine grade quality. They are UV protected, 100% waterproof and mildew
resistant. We can even have them screen printed or embroidered with
anything you want.

Other options available. Backlit Ad panels, radios, enclosed rain canopies, lighting systems & more. Because we custom build each cab, we can accommodate just about any need. If you have a unique request please let us know and we can discuss it.

Shipping is not included in above pricing. If you want a shipping quote please email us with your zip code and destination zoning, i.e. residential or commercial and whether there is a loading dock available. Residential deliveries typically run about $50 more per cab than commercial deliveries. For a rough estimate you can figure between $250 for the West Coast and $450 for the East Coast. This does include a $50 packaging fee.

Build time averages 30 days from receipt of deposit. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin fabrication. Build time may vary depending on time of year and prior commitments to other customers. We build on a first come first serve basis. However, if you need them sooner we do have an expedited service available. Please email for details and pricing for this option. The deposit and build time does not include our Production Models. The Production Model ships within 48 hours of receipt of full payment, provided we have them in stock at that time. We do not ship COD.

Pricing

Base Model Cab:

NEW Low Price: $1995

Our Pedicabs are all custom fabricated in a frame jig to ensure quality and alignment. The frames are then powdercoated in your choice of any of hundreds of colors. The seats are all covered in a marine grade vinyl of various types and colors. They are waterproof. The seats are also rounded at the corners and along the top edge. Giving it a "egg" shape. We also use different density foam for the seat backs and bottoms. This ensures a comfortable ride for the passengers. The wheels are all hand laced and tensioned using top of the line components. Rims are all double walled with reinforced eyelets. The hubs are all sealed bearing for long life and no maintenance. They are all 48 spoke wheels laced 4-cross using straight gauge 2.0 stainles steel spokes with brass nipples. These wheels combined with our exclusive mounting design ensures that our wheels will last you for years. We use top quality high pressure (110psi +) tires and thick thorn proof tubes. The floors are topped off with aluminium diamondplate for better traction and great looks. The seats and floors are all soft mounted with foam rubber seals to ensure a tight fit that won't rattle or make excessive noise. They are also mounted using t-nuts and grade 5 hardware and locktight. There are no screws mounted into plywood. All pedicabs include a hitch to attach the pedicab to your mountain bike. PedalTek reccomends the use of a name brand, bike shop quality bike, to pull the pedicab with. Disk brakes are reccomended but "V" style brakes will work just fine.

Our cabs are built to last. We see to every detail. The cabs we sell today are a compilation of 8 years of ongoing R&D. Because we run a pedicab service as well we have the ability to monitior them over the years and make changes or adjustments as we see the need. Over the years we have made many changes, some small, some big, to our design. From repositioning the wheels a fraction of an inch, to changing the seat foam, you can be assured that ever inch has been carefully thought out and designed to function perfectly, last for years and be the best.

Framesets Now Available

For those of you Do-It-Yourselfers, we are now making framesets available for purchase. These frames come unpainted and ready to build. The hitch is included along with the all the hitch hardware.

Our frames come standard with dropouts set up for 3/8" axels. Please specify if you plan on running Non-Slotted 14mm axels. We can change the dropouts to accomodate these axels if you like.

All of the options to the right are available to add to the frameset. We can also add, change, or modify anything you want. So if you have an idea or a special need let us know and we can get you a quote on your custom frame. Powdercoat finish is also available for an additional charge.
